Funcionários e permissionários da Companhia de Entrepostos e Armazéns Gerais de São Paulo (Ceagesp), na Zona Oeste de São Paulo, reclamam de muita sujeira e irregularidades nos contratos do serviço de limpeza e manutenção. De acordo com dados obtidos via Lei de Acesso à Informação, o contrato de manutenção da Ceagesp venceu no dia 31 de janeiro e, até o momento, não foi renovado.
No local, que é o maior distribuidor de frutas, legumes e verduras da América Latina, restos de alimentos e lixo ficam espalhados pelo chão. Também há infiltração, falta de iluminação, fios expostos e teias de aranha. Outro problema relatado é a presença de gatos e cachorros que circulam pelo espaço e se reproduzem sem nenhum controle.
Também em janeiro, o sindicato dos permissionários enviou um ofício para o Ministério da Agricultura, Pecuária e Abastecimento solicitando uma auditoria nos contratos de limpeza, segurança, manutenção e estacionamento.
“A gente não nega a existência de alguns problemas que são pontuais. Especialmente em relação à limpeza, porque são muitas mercadorias no dia-a-dia”, afirma o gerente do departamento jurídico da Ceagesp, Christopher Rezende.
De acordo com Rezende, foram encontradas algumas irregularidades nos contratos, que estão sendo revistos.
“Esses contratos já estavam há 16 anos na Ceagesp. Nós fizemos sindicâncias em todos os contratos, aplicamos sanção em algumas empresas que estavam prestando serviços inadequados, rescindimos alguns, fizemos correções. Os contratos tinham algumas impropriedades flagrantes. Por exemplo, o número de caçambas não constava fisicamente na companhia. Hoje a realidade já é outra, o número de caçambas é maior, o número de máquinas é maior”, diz.
Em 2018, a arrecadação total da Ceagesp foi R$248 milhões. O governo João Doria (PSDB) estuda privatizar o entreposto, que é de responsabilidade federal. Para isso, o governador tem negociado com o presidente Jair Bolsonaro (PSL) para transferir a gestão para o governo do estado.
Além da privatização, o projeto pretende criar uma nova central de abastecimento em outro endereço mais distante da Zona Oeste, em área seis vezes maior.
