À meia-noite desta terça-feira, 14 de junho, motoristas e cobradores de ônibus iniciaram uma paralisação de 24 horas por melhores salários. Como não houve acordo entre o SindMotoristas (Sindicato dos Motoristas e Cobradores de São Paulo) e o SPUrbanuss (Sindicato das Empresas de Transporte Coletivo Urbano de Passageiros de São Paulo), a categoria entrou em greve durante a madrugada, afetando inicialmente a operação das linhas noturnas. Apenas 46 das 150 existentes funcionaram normalmente. A paralisação atinge 15 empresas de ônibus, incluindo a Santa Brígida, que atua na zona noroeste.
Para se ter ideia, a partir da 4h, a operação em todas as garagens da capital foi interrompida. “Nenhum ônibus saiu”, relata um de nossos leitores. “Na garagem Mangalot, não saiu nenhum carro. Somente os reservados para buscar os colaboradores”, relata. Por conta da greve, o rodízio de veículos foi suspenso nesta terça-feira.
As negociações salariais começam em março. A categoria reivindicava, além do aumento salarial de 12,47%, pagamento de PLR (participação nos lucros e resultados), fim da hora de almoço não remunerada e 100% das horas extras. Mas não houve acordo. A SPTrans, por sua vez, procurou a Justiça do Trabalho para garantir que, caso houvesse greve, 80% da frota sairia às ruas nos horários de pico e 60% durante o dia. “A Prefeitura de São Paulo, por meio da SPTrans, lamenta a paralisação de linhas de ônibus municipais e espera que trabalhadores e empresários cheguem em breve a um acordo para que a população de São Paulo não seja ainda mais penalizada.”
